THAT GIRL!

Who is THAT GIRL?  I'm glad you asked!
THAT GIRL looks at life as a grand adventure! THAT GIRL sees opportunities to learn rather than problems. She marches to the beat of her own drummer unapologetically. She is interesting and someone you want to get to know . . . someone who sparks and crackles with energy! That girl is always real. That girl is authentic. And THAT GIRL insists her life to be what she's always imagined. She may not be there yet. She may never totally arrive (remember, life as a grand adventure?), but she is on the move, loving, growing and exploring every single day!
Are you THAT GIRL? If you're here, I know you are and I welcome you with open arms.

Big things are coming, but In the meantime, join our Facebook Group

https://www.facebook.com/groups/EWEsc

to network and and find community!

Please take some time to learn about each other and what makes us tick. Ask questions. Ask Advice. Request feedback. Make a new friend!
Some Hallmark card somewhere says, "it's about the journey, not the destination." I believe that. Let's journey together!!!

Last Friday April 23, we hosted our first virtual retreat.
If you weren't able to make it, here's what you missed!
(Stay tuned!  More events in the making!)

Beth Urban Shaha (Centering)

Picture
Beth comes to us from State College, PA where she is a Certified Life Coach.  She adores sitting at the feet of others and hearing their stories, and she is honored to be able to create space for them from which they can grow.  Prior to Life Coaching, Beth was blessed to be able to raise money and plan major events for non-profit agencies including the United Way, the Make A Wish Foundation, and the Centre County Down Syndrome Society. She found tremendous personal pride in igniting the passion in volunteers and placing them in positions where they had the biggest impact and found the most fulfillment. Beth has also worked at several colleges and universities in the areas of student engagement and development and helped students define who they were and where they wanted to head, and developed plans to help them get there. Wherever Beth finds herself, and whatever she is doing, Beth is always on the go - making connections and making impact in her community.  There is never enough time for her to "BE LOVE", which is the mantra she aspires to live by.  Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, traveling, noticing beauty, gathering around a table, and digging into a deep conversation about aligning your heart, soul and mind - all things that make her feel alive!

Lori McCracken Zeswitz, RYT, Y12SR (Breath Work)

Following physical therapy for a back injury in 2005, Lori skeptically ventured into a gentle yoga class as a non-pharmaceutical way to navigate pain and redevelop her body’s capacity. “Something happened” on the yoga mat and Lori began studying how her body, breath and mind can connect to heal, replenish and improve quality of life.
Lori completed a 200-hour training and achieved her national Certified Yoga Teacher credential in 2015 as well as certifications to offer Warriors At Ease yoga and meditation practices to active duty and veteran military families, and Y12SR: Yoga of 12-Step Recovery, a relapse-prevention program for individuals dealing with behavioral and substance addiction. She leads gentle and accessible yoga classes, focused on breathwork, in studio and with private clients.
Lori holds a B.A. in public relations and enjoyed an exciting career in nonprofit management for professional performing arts, higher education and faith-centered community organizations. She and her husband Steve, a retired Marine, own a pain-management and muscle-recovery therapy business for human, equine and canine clients. They have seven adult children, a granddaughter, and several four-legged dependents.

I met some great women from around the world that I never would’ve connected otherwise. It was great to hear what you are doing and to share with them about me. I would definitely attend this event again.
